Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Pathfinder. It sounds like the issue could be related to the starter circuit or a connection somewhere in the system. The fact that it clicks sometimes and then works after turning the engine by hand could also point to a potential issue with the flywheel. Since you've replaced the starter, battery, relays, and wiring, it's possible that the ignition switch could also be the culprit. I recommend checking the ignition switch's electrical connections, as well as ensuring all ground connections are clean and secure. Sometimes, the issue could also be with a faulty neutral safety switch or the starter relay itself. If you're still having trouble, a diagnostic from a professional might be needed to isolate the issue more precisely.
