What is your question?
After starting car,and shifting into drive, car will lurch forward very hard (foot on brake,of course). This lurch does not happen if car is shifted into "reverse".

I think autotechpat hit it right on the head with the high idle speed. If your vehicle is at a high idle speed, it will almost jump out of your driveway as soon as you go from park to drive. One sign is usually a slight clunking noise when the drive gear catches followed by a hard jerk. If this is your symptom, purchase a Haynes manual and learn how to set your idle speed. All it takes is a screwdriver, a closed wrench and a little bit of patience. Also, was this car bought used? A lot of times people will increase the idle speed to cover up other problems if they are trying to sell the vehicle. Incorrect fuel to air mixture is usually compensated by increasing the idle. There's a possibility that you have repaired the original problem and now your car is idling high because the original problem was repaired. I'm not sure but it is an estimated guess. Let me know how it goes.
Does the idle speed seem normal or excessive? I would check the engine and transmission mounts to see if one is weak or flexing when the engine flexes in forward and reverse but this type of problem is more a problem with transverse mounted engines. Check the transmission fluid level as well. After that you will have to get a repair shop or transmission specialist to inspect the Nissan for possible transmission problems.
