Changed Plugs wires timing belt maf sensor tps sensor I'm desperate. It's okaybatbhighbrpm but as soon as I let off the throttle it's rpms are up and down all over the place

Why were all those parts replaced? Make sure the TPS is properly clocked or the ECU will have no idea what it's reading. Copy and paste the link below, it has the steps for proper installation/setting. http://forums.nicoclub.com/ka24de-checking-tps-and-adjusting-idle-t161700.html
