My key fob works fine on everything except for the push buttons on the doors

Hello, are the only doors that do not have functional doors the ones that were replaced? You may find there are wiring concerns related to the repairs, or perhaps an incompatibility. You should also check circuit protection (fuses) too ensure power is present where needed. Hands on testing is needed, but anytime there's a "variable" like an accident and significant part replacement, it's not shocking there could be concerns. Deal with the variables and determine the root cause - which is likely related.
