Having an issue with the screen that displays GPS/Heat

What is your question?

it shows the Nissan logo after a while and then shows the HDD system is not operting. During this time, I have no control over any function. Heat, radio, gps. I have a picture of the display if you have an email I can send it to. Three trips to two shops, and no real answer, just maybe it is this, give me your credit card and we will try.
