Just put new throttle body and catalytic converters on a 2007 Nissan Murano turns over but will not crank

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I'm sorry, "turns over but will not crank" - what does that mean? "Turning over" is when the engine turns. "Crank" is when the engine turns. Help explain better what is going on.
