What is your question?
After a super cold day in MN, I went to start my car (it had been sitting out) - it started but my air bag light came on. Does this mean it's broken or could it be a wire issue? If broken, any idea on how much to fix? Thanks!

The air bag light being on is evidence of something not passing on an initial test of your air bag system when you start the car. This can be a sensor, an air bag itself, the sliding contact in the steering wheel, or a seat belt buckle. Hard to say what is wrong - you will need to have a diagnosis performed to get to the bottom of it.
