Sounds like something is loose. Replaced struts, wheel bearings, CV axles, lower control arms, tires, rims, stabilizer links. Probably something else Also, noise is still there, over minor bumps, smooth roads, it's still there.

Tires under inflated, makes it less as loud, but still there

Brake COMPONENTS mounting hardware should be closely inspected. Hint - see IF lightly applying brakes makes noise disappear.

While noise is present - lightly apply brakes - does it make a difference.. This is about the only thing left... Unless RAM AIR at a particular speed is moving something around, which does happen occasionally. Good luck!
