it's most likely the Canister Vent Valve Solenoid is stuck closed,not allowing the fuel vapors to escape into the vapor canister.This makes the fuel back up into the fuel filler tube and turns the pump off and/or overflows.. google this part number,see what it looks like.Part Number: PV585...$70.99 Lifetime Warranty,Autozone..
