My 03 Maxima has the battery & brake lights are on but all checks out fine. I tested the battery, alternator and brakes but they all checks out good CANT GET THE LIGHTS TO GO OUT.

Alternator 15 v battery is at 13 but I haven't checked the brake light switch. I'll do that. Also could it be a float in the reservoir?

maybe,but that won't have anything to do with the battery light being on.could possibly be the Brake light fuse,but i would check the switch also.
