What is your question?
Car died out while driving. I pulled over and realized my serpentine belt was gone. I got a new belt put it on started car and alternator turned florescent red and started smoking. I replaced alternator. My original alternator is a 3 prong, the one I installed is a 2 prong. I tweaked the prongs and connected all wires, upon getting a jump my battery sparked and blew its fuse. Now I have no power at all. Had battery checked its good as new. SOS!!!! PLEASE HELP

At the point where you state "my original alternator is a 3 prong, the one I installed is a 2 prong" - you just need to stop. You can't "tweak the prongs" and expect to "retrofit" your alternator! You may have done some serious damage to the charging system, electrical system, components throughout the vehicle or even the engine's processor. Stop, look for blown fuses, put a proper alternator in the vehicle, recheck and cross your fingers you don't have to go further.
