Only drivers door can be unlocked with the physical key. The unlock button works once in the car. The car alarm also goes off most times when I unlock with the physical key and cannot be turned off without jimmying the key repeatedly.

If you are having an issue with the physical key turning in the door lock, then you could have a linkage issue from the lock cylinder to the latch and actuator. It will need to be taken apart for inspection.

Lubrication applied to the appropriate locations may help..
