Water in front, and back floorboard

What is your question?

I have recently noticed a LARGE amount of water on the passenger side front/rear floarboards.. The car has not been in an accident, and the seals around the doors are in good condition.. I was told that the Air Conditioner can produce this result.. Is this true, and what can I do to fix this problem? Thank you
