What is your question?
My 2013 Nissan Juke has recently started having problems starting. The first time it happened a couple weeks ago o assumed something was left draining the battery. Got it jump started and it worked great. Started several times after so i didnt figure it was the alternator. This morning same thing happened. Nothing was left on but the car was in a parking garage over the weekend and sat. Battery is about 18 months old and this morning when i tried to press the keyless ignition the dash came alive but just made a clicking sound.. Was able to jump start it again and fired right up but have a check engine light code P159D which if i researched correctly seems to be a fauly g-sensor .. Any ideas if the two may be related or any similiar issues.. 71k miles and battery is 18 months old Original parts
What makes this problem better or worse?
Jump start has resolved the issue
How long has your 2013 Nissan Juke had this problem?

Hello, Any time you get a trouble code when the battery is discharged to the point the vehicle will not start without a jump -- you can't really take the codes seriously. Most often, the codes surface due to low battery voltage. Ensure the battery is fully charged, clear codes, and all will be well likely. That said, something is causing your battery to drain and requires troubleshooting. Checking for a draw when the power is all off is step one. Determining where it is coming from is step 2.
Thanks for the reply Dave.. I have a code scanner and cleared the course and the check engine light came back.. The engine code is saying that there is open circuit or high frequency with the g-sensor. It doesn't seem to me like the two would be related but since its back up im not sure..
