truck wont start after driving in 4 lo

Hello, what was the purpose of driving in 4L? If conditions didn't warrant 4 Low, damage could have been done to the drivetrain. If there is damage, there could also be binding when it comes to starting. If there's a transfer case concern present, it could allow the drive train to be in neutral when in gear is expected.
