How long should it take to change flex plate in 2015 Frontier 4.0 2WD?

What is your question?

I had a mechanic tell me that my flex plate was cracked after my truck started making a LOT of noise and banging. I bought a new flex plate and am trying to get an idea on how much I should pay for labor.
