What is your question?
I took my truck off-roading where there were small ramps (made for quads) and immediately after returning to the highway and accelerating began to hear the high pitched rattle/whining sound. It would start and stop depending on my speed. Over time it has gotten worse. Starting at a lower speed now than it originally did and lasting longer. The noise is at peak between 60 to 70 mph and goes away if I slow down or speed up even more. I am able to make it louder or quieter by playing with the speed of my truck.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Cold/hot ingen does not seem to matter. Acceleration and slowing down will make it worse or go away completely.
How long has your 2012 Nissan Frontier had this problem?
A few months
