What could be causing my frontier to have rough idle patches it doesnt happen all the time

What is your question?

It will happen then clear up and idle smooth for few minutes then do it again it only lasts for maybe 5-10 seconds

What makes this problem better or worse?

Doesn't matter if engine is hot or cold

How long has your 2011 Nissan Frontier had this problem?
