My battery is fine and I have power but when trying to start I get a fast clicking noise. But it will start if I jump it. Is this a solenoid issue ?

Hello, I question your contention that the battery is "fine" - has it been tested to see if it's able to sustain a load? And that it is fully charged? I do not see anything more than a battery or connection concern at this time.
