What is your question?
What would cause a 2006 Nissan Frontier, Crew Cab 4.0 V6 to not start after it has warmed up? When it is cold it starts up fine. After it has warmed up and shut off it will not start without applying ether. Since this issue occurred we have replaced the camshaft, crankshaft, and fuel pump. We have also cut off the catalytic converter. What else should we be looking at? Thanks!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Heating up
How long has your 2006 Nissan Frontier had this problem?
a month or so

The only way to find your problem is testing, not replacing parts that you don't need. I believe you may have meant that you replace a crankshaft position sensor and a camshaft position sensor instead of the camshaft and crankshaft? By the way, there are TWO Camshaft Position Sensors, one on the left side and one on the right side! Testing required....
Thanks! And yes you are correct, it was the sensors that were replaced.
you're welcome and keep in mind that there are 2 cam sensors as stated above, left and right side and 1 crank sensor, but testing is the key to finding the cause. good luck....
