truck is stalling when I wait for light to change

What is your question?

after car warms up and I wait for light to change to green. When ishift to neutral while waiting for light to change , truck will not stall, only if I wait for light to change and truck is in gear.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Its worse when truck is warmed up.
