I was having problems with water in fuel tank.changed fuel filter,was good for a few months then same thing,.x.Replaced filter again,added heet to tank began having problem again few months later .Haven't run truck for 8-9 month since,so now I have to move it and having ignition problems. I live right by the ocean...... engine isn't seized. everything electrical on truck (power windows,lock,lights,etc. ,checked fuses, battery fully charged.
What makes this problem better or worse?

How long has your 2004 Nissan Frontier had this problem?
the fuel problem ,off n on ,little over a year. The ignition problem ,about 3-4 months

I don't see it possible that your distributor could be seized. But hands on inspection is needed. Not running the truck for such a long time and living close to extremely salty air can cause unforeseen unusual concerns indeed. Why was there water in the fuel tank anyway? How do you know your problems are with ignition? Have you checked for any trouble codes? Fuel pressure at the engine? Your battery is not only fully charged but is able to handle the load of cranking the engine over?
