Hello, not sure what "pumping the gas pedal" will do for you really on a fuel injected vehicle. Usually applying the accelerator pedal to the floor when cranking the engine interrupts fuel supply. Not sure why the fuel pump was replaced - share some information on that? A fuel pressure test at the fuel rail should be performed. Other engine performance checks and testing should be performed. Since the "no start" concern is consistent, it should be relatively easy to see what's missing from the recipe of ingredients needed to start and run the engine. Don't forget to check engine compression and timing. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
