What is your question?
I hot wired compressor to take couple cans freon but as soon as I take hot wire off, the compressor kicks off therefore it will not take any more freon. Someone said there is a switch behind the glove box that makes compressor stay kicked on to take more freon?

No. And by the way, this is not a safe or reasonable method of recharging your air conditioning system. Further, if you need refrigerant (R134A, not "freon"), there must be a leak, and this isn't going to solve anything. I recommend strongly that a professional licensed and certified with EPA refrigerant handling credentials diagnose and repair your vehicle. What you are doing is downright dangerous and fruitless. Hint: something else is probably wrong with your system, not a lack of refrigerant.
