It runs rough when it starts but i have to give it full throttle and my rpms dont go up like they should. Will start with maf sensor unplugged but have to give full throttle. New maf sensor.

The mass air flow sensor that was in the vehicle in the first place was probably OK. Engine performance diagnostic testing is needed to figure out what is going on.
