While I was driving, the truck stalled out. I tried to start it up again and all it does is crank with no start. I smell fuel so I know its not the fuel pump. I replaced the distributor cap and still no start. What else should I check?

I replaced the Dist. Rotor, Dist. Cap and it still does not start. I get a spark from the Ign. Coil to the Cap. Also when I looked under the cap, the top of the rotor is a little chewed up at the tip of where the metal contacts are. Could it still be the cap?
