Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your Nissan Cube. Moisture on the inside of the windshield and a leak under your vehicle can indicate a heater core leak. Your heater core for your heater allows coolant to run through it for the interior fan to blow through to put heat off inside the vehicle. If the heater core itself is leaking that will cause condensation on the inside of the windshield, sometimes coolant pooling on the floor itself under the dash and in many cases allows coolant to leak out of the HVAC box drain to the outside of the vehicle appearing as a leak. I recommend having your heater core checked to see if any issues are found to see if it needs to be replaced. Other possible causes can be the recirculation door not closing allowing humid air to enter and build up on the inside of the windshield or even a sunroof drain that is clogged up. These will all need to be checked into to help pinpoint the concern so it can then be repaired properly from there.
