Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. It may or may not have to do with the same concern. I would be checking power windows by checking for power at the motor when the switch is engaged. If there is no power, then there's some sort of a wiring issue. If there is power and the windows will not operate. Then the window motors are of concern. Since both power windows appear to be a problem, I would lean towards a switch issue. Hands-on inspection is needed to diagnose. For the rear tailgate, again, hands-on inspections needed to see what is happening.
