Has anyone had a whistling loud noise from gas tank area.

What is your question?

When I drive my car, and I come to a stop the car makes a load whistling/blowing sound coming from the gas tank area. Anyone experiencing this problem? It does it sometimes when ever it wants to so that’s why the dealer could not help me
