When I turn all the way my car doesn’t want to go and tires make squeaking noises
What is your question?
My car drives straight fine, but when I turn past a certain amount either direction the car doesn’t want to go and if I push the gas the tires just start screeching really loud. Or if I’m already driving and I turn too tight the car slows down and starts acting weird and making noises.

Hello, I'm not sure there's a concern -- unless the power steering pump and gear is causing some issue. You could also have some kind of four wheel drive concern, where the front wheels are binding unexpectedly. - it's too hard to know without having a hands on inspection of the vehicle and operations.
