Hello, sounds like you could have some kind of intake or exhaust leak with that "loud blowing sound"? It could also be the sound of a cooling fan? Hard to know via this forum. Best to have a skilled technician near you have a look and see what is going on. As far as acceleration and loss of power, engine performance testing is needed, along with what can her observed audibly and physically.
