Cut off while driving now wont start and when the key is turned the dash lights crazy

Does the engine crank when you turn the key, or is it not responsive? You could have an electrical concern due to low battery power which could be due to a charging system issue, connection issue or faulty battery. You could have an engine performance issue if the engine cranks without starting. Can't say without hands on inspections. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
