What is your question?
I am hearing a clucking noise on the right rear side when I am going over bumps or manholes.

Hello, "shocks" is short hand for the shock absorbers of the vehicle. The shock absorbers on your vehicle are MacPherson strut type. Still, they are shock absorbers. In any case, your noise may or may not be related to worn out parts with your shock absorbers, the upper strut mount, the upper strut bearing or any worn rubber bushings. Beyond that, there are many other front end steering and suspension components that can cause noise. A full front end inspection is in order.
