Why is my car air conditioner not blowing cold air anymore.

My car was in a fender bender and there was damage done to the grill. Now the air conditioning doesn't blow cold air anymore the hood of my car was also pushed up slightly also I can see that a bolt is pushed into the radiator it doesn't look like it punctured it but it is pushed into it.
