The driver door will not open or unlock from the inside or outside

I have a 2013 Nissan Altima. The driver door will not open or unlock from the inside or outside with the key or power lock, all other locks work. What’s the best way to get door opened to fix it? Can’t get the door panel off with door closed the cover for the handle is screwed on from the inside. Any advice?
