Hello,
Can you provide a history of your air conditioner problems and repairs?
Also, does warm air blow from the vents when it shuts off, or do you totally lose airflow?
When the A/C quits working warm air blows out of vent. The refrigerant is full.
I've replaced the Compressor, Expansion Valve and Dryer. The expansion valve was bad because it had 150 & 150 instead of 40 & 150.
Ok,
Connect gauges, see if pressure equalizes after the compressor has been off, and check pressures while running (and bent temp)
This might be an electrical issue, so test the compressor relay, A/C on and off switch, and both cabin and ambient temperature sensors if you have no trouble codes, otherwise let me know what codes you get back.
If a sensor is shutting the compressor off erroneously, there has to be a code.
If a sensor is shutting it down because of a bad reading, you'll have to find which sensor is reading the wrong info.
This could be the ambient temp sensor saying it's 50° outside, or the evaporator temperature sensor saying the evaporator core is at 5°, etc...

Ok, Did you pull a vacuum on the system before charging it?
Yes, pulled the vacuum for 15 minutes.

I have checked all of the above. Everything is working properly. It doesn't have a compressor relay, it has a module.
