What is your question?
My car pamphlet says it works my car shows it has Nissan connect services that include these options but no one at Nissan is helpful. One person told me it's because T-Mobile no longer has 2g or 3g available for this model another person told me it was never available at all yet in my car's manual there are instructions on how to use these features. HELP! I've seen youtube videos of people connecting to these features with no problem. When I try to connect by logging into my car it calls a number from my phone that says it's been disconneted.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Only your Nissan dealership can help answer this manufacturer specific question. Note that it's likely that technology has advanced so much in the last 8 years that the functionality you speak of could well be obsolete and cancelled.
