My Altima (push to start)won't start I was charging the ignition coils connecter when two wires touched on the number 2 coil( the looking front of engine would be second from from left to right and since. Then has not started and all my warnings light on sashes are on and the two key light also are on now all electric components come on like normal just the dash light are on and engine won't crank when push

Hello, I cannot be sure that your actions caused a concern with starting. It's too hard to know. Naturally, for future reference, it would be recommended that the negative battery terminal should be disconnected to halt battery power in the vehicle if making repairs -- but nonetheless I cannot be sure this influenced anything. Hands on testing of the starting circuit is needed. It is possible that a fuse has been blown that may have been impacted by your work, but it's impossible to know.
