What is your question?
transmission just rebuilt at 140k(4 hrs away from home) and it made it home fine, but is now losing all power(ability to accelerate) after driving a half mile or less from the house. It started to lose power to accelerate on the highway a couple years ago on road trips and i knew it was cause something was overheating. now i hear it needs a transmission cooler. so ridiculous. it also used all the darn oil last year and i have to check it all the time now when it gets warm. I have read about previous crankshaft and camshaft sensors that could be to blame but I dont know if my car is considered to be "stalling" when it loses acceleration. Is there a specific sensor that is most probably causing this? Seems that maybe a PCM sensor is probably to blame but can i fix it from home?(mass air flow is clean as a whistle, plugs are new, and I heard fuel filter is in the tank.) I just spent 3k. Is there something I can do myself or do i have to bend over at the dealership?
