What is your question?
My car was running fine the whole day. But now it won't start. I am able to push the break down but it's tough and won't go down all the way. But I can crank it over but it won't start.

There are potentially several reasons an engine won't start. It will most likely have to be towed to a repair shop for proper diagnostics to get that problem handled. The brake pedal being hard to press probably is just due to the vacuum reservoir being empty. It requires engine vacuum to make the brakes work and will most likely correct itself as soon as the engine is running again.
