What is your question?
My 2008 Nissan Altima 4 cylinder will turn over but won’t start. I can smell fuel so I know it’s getting fuel but it still won’t start. I replaced the battery also.

Hello, if the starter motor is cranking the engine sufficiently, the battery certainly is not a concern. If you are smelling fuel, perhaps that is a good basic test, but a fuel pressure test at the fuel rail with a gauge is the most accurate test. Further, you need to check for engine compression, ignition spark, proper air to the intake to figure out why your vehicle will not start.
