What is your question?
I have already tried switching the relays and checking the fuse for the fuel pump, everything else turns on when I turn the key, just the engine won’t start. The alternator is relatively new, so I seriously doubt it has anything to do with that
How long has your 2006 Nissan Altima had this problem?
Less than 24 hours

Hello, using the accelerator pedal when trying to start your vehicle on a fuel injected vehicle does nothing to provide fuel to the engine. At wide open throttle, it can stop fuel from being delivered perhaps, but otherwise has no bearing on what happens for start up. If it's "turning over" it's not a battery concern, unless it cranks very slowly. Same goes for the alternator. Sounds like a fuel delivery or ignition spark issue. A full assessment of engine performance is needed, with fuel, ignition spark, air intake and exhaust flow to be evaluated, along with engine timing and compression.
