My cars ac will work for 5 minutes and then go off.. why?

you can hear the compressor kick in and out. it has the right amount of Freon in it. we changed the blower motor resistor and it still does it. it's almost as if something gets hot.
NEED TO CONNECT A VOLTMETER RIGHT AT THE BLOWER AND TEST FOR POWER & GROUND. IF BOTH ARE THERE, THE MOTOR IS FAULTY . IF BOTH ARE NOT THERE A WIRING DIAGRAM WILL BE NEEDED TO TRACE DOWN THE CIRCUIT AND FIND THE PROBLEM.
Check your blower motor relay. I changed mine and the car is working fine. A.c. was taking 5-10 mins. to come on. Part number 25230-79942. I have a 2007 Altima

The blower stops working completely will not blow on a/c or heat, but you can still hear the a/c compressor kicking in and out.
