What is your question?
I have a 05 altima, shit out on me two weeks ago in the cold i forgot to put coolant in the radiator and it was leaking pretty bad, got very hot didnt overheat though and got it home. Had trouble starting it before i got it home, now that its home it wont start and ive replaced the fuel pump, crankshaft position sensor, all 4 injectors, a ignition coil that went bad and had battery checked. It wants to start but isnt getting that UMPH it needs.
What makes this problem better or worse?
When i try to jump it it still wont start
How long has your 2005 Nissan Altima had this problem?
~Two weeks

An engine that had no coolant in it but was continually driven may have experienced severe internal engine concerns causing damage that is not resolvable without tear down and replacement or repairs. All the guessing games you've done to attempt repairs don't seem to have resulted in anything positive or worth the money invested. I'd perhaps pull spark plugs and inspect condition and see if you can tell anything from that. I would crank the engine manually with a breaker bar and socket on the crankshaft to see if it even turns freely.
