battery/abs/brakes lights flickering

When you say OK, how much voltage are we talking about, because when you turn on your headlights, the battery voltage should not go below 14 volts? You need to measure this at the battery terminals with the lights on and the the engine idling. You can get a volt meter at a parts store for about $15

Check the amount of your brake fluid be sure that its enough.
