you need to pull the codes to get more help from internet sources, I will tell you that the HVAC module can get loose change fall into it and cause your symptoms. Usually you will have com, can or bus codes associated with it. I would guess the check engine light is on as well. A lot of places will pull the codes for free , ( we certainly do at Street Tech Auto Care), and then you can do better homework on your own or decide to pay for some help. HTH
