My 2004 Nissan altima 2.5 Won't start. Could it be an electrical issue?

To lay down the situation â€¢ battery is good â€¢ starter is good â€¢ Nuetral safety switch is good They've all been tested and they work fine The problem has to be from the key switch to the starter, right?
