Hello, if you are cranking the engine over without the engine starting and you smell fuel, it's at least an indication that fuel delivery is not likely to be a problem for you. Check ignition operation, engine timing, engine compression, air intake system for concerns. Does the cranking sound fast or abnormal?

If you try to crank it on the battery charger it sound fast but if i take it off the charger it start off fast but then goes to.slow
