crank but wont start, black smoke, let foot off excelarater, it kills.

first of all, what codes?? second, all the parts you replaced, did you have the key on when disconnecting or replacing. that could have caused the codes. the crank sensor is a very common failure thats causes your original issue. there are many tsb on this and all reccomend a flash when done. Roy
