Why won't my Altima Start?

I do have compression, didn't put gauge on it tho. Did not verify fuel, just found schrader valve on return line. What should psi be?

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Specification at idle is 51 psi.

I do not have one for has motors. But I'll get my hands on one tomorrow. The only shrader valve I see is on the return fuel line.. that can't be only one... ?
